Won a school-best 27 games.

Finished No. 15 nationally in the final AP high school poll. 

Twenty of the 27 wins were by 10 or more points. 

All five starters received all-league recognition, and seven girls went on to play Division I sports. 

Achieved a 25-1 record and defeating No. 1 ranked Oregon City for the championship.

South were led by all-tournament first team selection Sonia Wagoner, and second team notables Jenny Campbell and Meghan Hobbs.  The trio garnered all-league first team selections with Karen Freeman, a second team choice, while Sally Jones and Molly Dickover were honorable mention. 

In the classroom, the team generated a 3.72 grade point average.
